Fair Pay
SoAP subscribes to the importance of Fair Pay. In doing so, we apply two principles:
#1 If you work, you get paid.
– We work on the basis of the Collective Labour Agreement for Theatre and Dance 2024, and within this, the guidelines for freelancers.
– Towards external contractors, we communicate the conditions on how to work and for what rate in the pre-assignment phase.
#2 We should not erode ourselves.
